Role Description:

• Requires a strong background in application development, troubleshooting, maintenance and support, with expertise in Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Omni Channel Virtual Agent, Customer Voice, Custom Modules), Kingsway Soft, SSIS and Azure Data Factory.

• Key Responsibilities provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Omni Channel Virtual Agent, Customer Voice, Custom Modules) applications.

• Creating and managing Batch Jobs - SSIS with Kingsway soft and robust knowledge in Azure Data Factory Level 2 and Level 3 support

• Problem Management, Incident Management Change Request Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and develop enhancements to the Dynamics 365 platform.





• Break-Fix API development and updating existing ones in D365Conduct troubleshooting and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365, integrations (Docu Sign), SSIS, Kingsway soft

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business units, external vendors) to gather and validate technical requirements.

• Service Request Service Tasks Preventive Maintenance Adaptive Maintenance Problem Management Configuration management Collaborate with other solution partners to keep D365 application running as expected.

• Stay up to date with new features and best practices in Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Omni Channel Virtual Agent, Customer Voice, Custom Modules).

• Requirements Experience in supporting and developing applications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Omni Channel Virtual Agent, Customer Voice, Custom Modules).

• Batch Jobs - SSIS with Kingsway soft and strong knowledge in Azure Data Factory
