We’re looking for a cooperative, customer-focused, and strategic Manager, User Experience to lead a team of talented design and research professionals who create experiences that help purpose-driven organizations achieve more. This role blends people leadership, product partnership, and design excellence to ensure customer needs are understood, prioritized, and reflected throughout the product development lifecycle.

You’ll partner closely with Product and Engineering leaders to shape experiences that are valuable, usable, accessible, and cohesive while helping Blackbaud expand what’s possible for the social impact community. What you'll do
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of user experience designers and researchers through coaching, feedback, talent development, and clear career growth planning.




• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define product strategy, customer outcomes, and experience priorities that align customer needs with business objectives.
• Champion human-centered design by promoting customer research, usability testing, accessibility, and evidence-based decision making throughout the product development process.
• Guide teams through discovery, concept validation, and solution development, including the thoughtful use of AI-enabled capabilities that solve validated customer problems and improve outcomes.
• Improve experience quality and operational excellence by driving adoption of design systems, shared practices, and scalable ways of working across teams.
• Establish meaningful experience metrics, monitor customer feedback and product health indicators, and demonstrate the business impact of user experience investments through measurable results.
