About this Role





We are seeking a CHARM Security Compliance Expert to act as a senior authority for the governance, optimisation, and continuous evolution of security controls across the Cyber function. The role focuses on ensuring adherence to Vodafone Security Baseline requirements across IT, cloud, and network environments, while enabling robust alignment between policy intent, control execution, and assurance validation. The individual will also support audit readiness, oversee remediation of control gaps, and drive improvements in compliance maturity through collaboration with key stakeholders.
