Leveraging their expertise, they are required to enhance the learning experience by design/develop/update the training experience including Computer-Based Training applicable to the training and development department.. Supports the development of our trainers through observations and coaching.

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Learning & Development Specialist to join our team in this strategic capacity. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and decision-making skills and proficiency in Excel. This role requires managing partner training teams, creating content, and acting as the single point of contact (POC) for a specific domain. A key component of this position involves leading change management initiatives to ensure successful training program implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic L&D; and Team Leadership:
Provide strategic leadership and coaching for partner training teams, focusing on performance management and capability development.
Apply advanced Instructional Design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to design, develop, and implement comprehensive, blended learning solutions.
Serve as the single point of contact (POC) for the specific domain, addressing all training-related queries and concerns.
