Join a globally distributed finance team supporting accurate, timely, and reliable financial operations in an international environment.
You’ll work closely with the Finance Manager on day-to-day accounting, period-end activities, reporting, and financial administration.
The role offers broad exposure across accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, audits, payments, controls, and financial reporting.
You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and help resolve accounting questions and transaction discrepancies.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking will be essential for maintaining high-quality financial information and documentation.
You’ll also contribute to improving internal procedures, maintaining financial systems, and supporting efficient finance operations.

Accountabilities

Support day-to-day accounting activities and period-end procedures within established deadlines.

Prepare and process journal entries while ensuring transactions are properly supported by relevant documentation.

Assist with gathering, preparing, and compiling financial information required for external audits.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide supporting documentation and resolve accounting issues or discrepancies.

Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities and related administrative processes.

Assist with the preparation of financial and administrative reports for business lines and other stakeholders.

Maintain and update the contract database, ensuring information remains accurate and current.
