Here is the JD
- Collaborate with users and business partners to obtain the voice of customer (VOC)
- Define and provide direction for user experience and user interface (where applicable)
- Create user documentation to communicate the product’s value proposition
- Oversee implementation and ensure adoption
- Serve as a leader/mentor
- Serve as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues, solving complex problems and developing cutting-edge solutions
- Perform complex conceptual analyses and provide recommendations for improvement
- Lead teams and projects as needed
- Motivate and inspire team members, facilitating resolutions and making decisions
- Own and prioritize the product backlog and work closely with scrum teams to ensure execution




- Ensure user stories and features are directly tied to goals and that product strategy and roadmap are executed
- Effectively communicate with senior stakeholders, including up to Senior Leadership, and clearly communicate strategic portfolio direction via multi-year roadmap
