Account Executive – Staffing & Recruitment
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Account Executive to manage client relationships, understand and generate staffing requirements, and work closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery. The role will be responsible for strengthening client relationships, improving recruitment productivity, and driving successful closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain robust working relationships with existing clients and hiring stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day staffing requirements and recruitment-related coordination.
Regularly connect with clients to understand their hiring plans, priorities, challenges, and upcoming requirements.
Identify opportunities to increase the organization's footprint within existing client accounts.
- Requirement Generation & Management

Proactively engage with clients to obtain new job requirements and maximize requirement flow.
Understand job descriptions, skill requirements,



experience levels, locations, compensation, and other hiring parameters.
Ensure requirements are clearly communicated to the recruitment team with all necessary details.
Track open requirements and follow up with clients for feedback, status updates, and closures.
- Internal Team Coordination

Work closely with recruiters and recruitment leadership to ensure requirements are effectively assigned and actioned.
Coordinate on candidate submissions and ensure profiles are aligned with client expectations.
Monitor the progress of submissions, interviews, offers, and joins.
Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and work with the internal team to resolve them quickly.
- Productivity & Delivery

Drive recruiter productivity by monitoring submissions, interviews, offers, and joining numbers against defined targets.
Ensure priority and critical requirements receive appropriate focus.
