Duties and Responsibilities
• Project implementation
• Provide support, such as user acceptance testing, to new software and feedback related to development items such as user interface design
• To maintain and enhance performance of all recent and existing software and platforms
• To co-ordinate with multiple teams to execute projects as per requirement
• To review Business requirement, creating use cases
• To review solution document and get sign off from stakeholders
• To review test cases from QA team and support development team for successful completion of UAT
