Provide first-level support to users for Self-Booking Tool (SBT) queries, booking issues and access-related concerns.

Assist corporate travellers with flight, hotel and other travel bookings through the SBT.

Troubleshoot booking errors, profile issues and other tool-related queries, ensuring timely resolution.

Monitor and manage support requests within defined SLA/TAT.

Coordinate with Technology, Product, Supplier and Operations teams to resolve complex or escalated issues.

Guide users on effective SBT usage and support user onboarding where required.

Maintain accurate records of queries, resolutions and escalations.

Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve the SBT experience and booking journey.
