JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Bangalore.

Education: Hold a degree in communications, journalism, or related fields.

Top 3 skills: Have 3–5 years of experience supporting leadership communications, including crafting messages and coordinating executive visibility.

Are proficient in creating communication materials using Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, SharePoint) without relying on third-party design tools.

Have hands-on experience hosting in-person and virtual campaigns aimed at improving employee experience and engagement.

Possess basic video editing or Photoshop skills, which would be a strong plus for producing agile and visually appealing content.

Exp:

5-10 years of experience as a communications manager in the tech sector, leading corporate communications programs, with a proven track record of running impactful internal communications strategies and programs, including events, newsletters, presentations, social media and other content distribution channels.

Proven storytelling experience within a corporate environment, communicating to a large,



global audience at all levels of the organization.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or equivalent training or an MBA degree preferred.
