Job Description
- Provide technical support for desktop/laptop hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and printer issues
- Assist with setting up and maintaining employee accounts and access permissions
- Perform system upgrades and updates
- Collaborate with IT team on projects and initiatives
- Document and track all support tickets and resolutions
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance and inventory checks
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements
- Train employees on software and hardware use as needed.
