Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.

• MBA/PGDM in Operations, Infrastructure Management, Logistics, Business

Administration, or equivalent qualification shall be preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office, MIS reporting, and highway/toll management systems

Experience

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Highway Operations & Maintenance, Toll

Operations, Traffic Management, or Infrastructure Operations.

• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position on NHAI/BOT/HAM/TOT/InvIT

or similar highway projects.

• Experience in managing route operations, incident management, road safety

initiatives, stakeholder coordination, service level compliance, and regulatory

requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall route operations and ensure compliance with Concession Agreement

requirements, NHAI guidelines, and prescribed Service Level Standards.

• Ensure secure, efficient, and uninterrupted movement of traffic throughout the project

corridor.

• Monitor traffic volume, lane efficiency, toll collection trends,



and operational

performance indicators.

• Conduct regular route inspections and ensure timely closure of operational

deficiencies.

• Coordinate with NHAI, Independent Engineer, traffic police, district administration,

emergency services, and other stakeholders for smooth project operations.

• Ensure compliance with NHAI Road Safety Policy, IRC standards, and applicable road

safety requirements.

• Conduct regular road safety inspections and identify potential safety hazards on the

project corridor.

• Monitor and ensure the proper condition of traffic signs, pavement markings, crash

barriers, delineators, median openings, reflectors, guardrails, and other road safety

assets.

Internal

• Analyse accident data and initiate corrective actions for accident-prone locations and

identified black spots.

• Facilitate Road Safety Audits and ensure implementation of audit observations and

recommendations.
