The Transfer Agency Senior Associate plays a pivotal role within the investment and funds management sector, ensuring the accurate and efficient administration of investor transactions and records. Reporting to the Transfer Agency Manager, this position involves overseeing daily operations, resolving complex queries, and supporting junior team members.

What you will be responsible for:
As a Team Lead role you will:
- Oversee the processing of investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches, ensuring all transactions adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
- Review and authorize daily transaction reports and reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies and exceptions.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex investor queries,



providing prompt and professional resolution.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures.
- Support the onboarding of recent funds and clients, liaising with internal departments and third-party service providers.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of standard operating procedures and process improvements.
- Mentor and train junior associates, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Prepare and deliver regular management reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Participate in system upgrades, user acceptance testing, and other projects as required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations, market developments, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
