Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai
Shift timings: 24*7 (6am – 3pm) (3pm – 12 am) (10pm – 7am) (9 hours shift) (5 days working)

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Operations Team of all three business units, namely Enago, Ulatus, and Voxtab
- Work in collaboration with the Project Management Team for efficient project management




- Work in collaboration with the Marketing team for implementation of strategies
- Efficiently handle the customer service operations for international clients spread across 89 countries
- Shoulder responsibility for effective email communication with international clients and home team
- Communicate and coordinate with a team of project managers, academic editors, translators and transcribers
- Handle client inquires via Emails, calls and chats to provide appropriate solution, thereby increasing business
