Role Summary

The Belgaum Head will be responsible for supporting and driving the growth of the Belgaum office across operations, project delivery, people management, customer success, process improvement, and organizational development.

The role requires a hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems, building teams, improving processes, and taking ownership of outcomes.

You will work closely with the Founder to help scale the organization while creating a high-performance and growth-oriented culture.
