About the role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to help build high-performing engineering and technology teams in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.



This role is ideal for someone who understands technology hiring beyond job descriptions—someone who can engage deeply with engineering leaders, understand complex technical talent requirements, and build thoughtful strategies to identify and close exceptional talent.

You Will Get To
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles, from intake and calibration through sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and close.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, align on hiring strategy, and provide ongoing market and pipeline insights.
- Build and engage diverse technical talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and thoughtful candidate outreach.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience by guiding candidates through interviews, communicating clearly and consistently, and supporting offer discussions through acceptance.
