This position would include the mentioned set of responsibilities but not limited to:
• Manage end-to-end V-KYC assignment and ensure timely completion of customer verification.
• Verify customer identity and documents through video interaction as per regulatory guidelines.
• Perform quality checks on V-KYC cases to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
• Handle priority V-KYC cases with strict adherence to TAT and quality standards.
• Coordinate with customers through email for VKYC scheduling and completion.
• Monitor pending, rejected, and incomplete V-KYC cases and take necessary follow-up actions.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports for V-KYC performance, productivity, and management
review.
• Coordinate with FRM, Product, Customer Service, and other stakeholders for smooth
processing.
• Resolve customer and internal team queries related to V-KYC promptly and effectively.
• Participate in team meetings to review performance, address challenges, and implement




process improvements.

Applicants should possess the following attributes:
• Strong understanding of V-KYC processes, customer verification workflows, and regulatory
requirements.
• Good knowledge of MIS reporting, dashboards, and data analysis (Excel, reporting tools, etc.).
• Ability to manage high-volume V-KYC operations with prioritization and strict turnaround
timelines (TAT).
• Robust attention to detail for quality checks, document verification, and customer data
validation.
• Proficiency in using V-KYC platforms, CRM systems, operational tools, and communication
channels (email).
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills across Sales, Operations, Customer
Service, and Compliance teams.
• Effective communication skills (written & verbal) for query handling, and stakeholder
coordination.
