About the Role:

● The role is responsible for identifying, sourcing and securing long-term and short-term

pest control & prevention business opportunities. The incumbent shall be primarily

responsible for the New Sales Productivity, Renewal and Collection as per the assigned

targets.

● The person will report to the Branch Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a

multi-functional team involving collaboration with the internal team and external

stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:





Business Development (Sales):

● Achieve sales targets as per the branch's approved business plan

● Execute sales promotion activities within the assigned territory

● Ensure all Sales KPIs are achieved on a month-on-month basis

● Identify and follow up with prospective customers; respond to enquiries within defined

timelines

● Maximise the conversion of enquiries into confirmed orders

● Ensure contract renewals are in line with company expectations

● Track market developments and identify current business opportunities

● Prepare and regularly update the Monthly Performance Grid (MPG)

Customer Service:

● Ensure high-quality service delivery to all customers

● Maintain strong liaison and communication with clients

● Prepare and submit customer reports promptly

● Address customer complaints and work with Operations and Back Office to resolve them

effectively
