Desired candidate qualification and experience:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E.Civil only
- This opening is for freshers only (less than 1 year experience in residential construction)

- Working knowledge of Autocad required

Typical day at the site:

The responsibilities associated with this job include,
- Helping overall site execution, labour productivity and work schedule
- Following up with the works as per specific requirements and instructions from the Project Manager




- Daily reporting of site work progress and informing the Project manager about any events at the site
- Maintining records of material requirement, estimation and bar bending schedules
- Helping the Site engineer in reparation of weekly labour bills according to the work orders
- Helping to achieve on time attendance, smooth functioning and working of all sub-contractors and labors at the site
- Maintaining updated site documents (stock register's, working drawings, material delivery receipts) as required
- Physically checking the quantity and ensuring the quality of materials delivered at site by the suppliers
- Enforcing personal and material safety at the work site
- Reconciliation of materials and control of tools, materials and equiments withing the site
