Regional Manager
SBM Site Services is searching for a dynamic Regional Manager for the Jacksonville, FL area.
As the Regional Manager you will be responsible for the strategic and tactical day to day execution of business across an assigned group of accounts with a focus on these key performance indicators:
Customer Satisfaction: We are the supplier of choice. At risk sites are quickly identified and sustaining solutions are implemented. Customers are retained and contracts renewed.
Safety: Our employees are safe and injury free. Regional safety metrics meet or exceed company objectives and are trending towards an injury free workplace.
Budget: Region meets or exceeds monthly budget targets. Managers drive for efficiencies to improve profitability.
Growth: The region meets or exceeds its business growth goal. The success of the region is measured by its ability to grow.
