About the Role

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Lead- Market Share to drive market share growth across Delhi/NCR for a leading Financial Services organisation.

This is an individual contributor role responsible for independently executing business growth initiatives through the franchise network. The incumbent will work closely with franchise partners, regional stakeholders, and internal teams to enhance client acquisition, trading volumes, and market penetration across Cash, Equity Derivatives (F&O;), and Commodities.

Key Responsibilities

Market Share Growth
- Own the market share growth for the assigned geography.
- Develop and execute market penetration strategies across the franchise network.
- Drive client acquisition, trading activation, and revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.

Franchise Engagement
- Build strong relationships with franchise partners and provide strategic business support.




- Improve customer acquisition and trading activity through franchise partners.
- Support onboarding of active traders and high-value clients.
- Drive business activation initiatives across existing and new franchise locations.

Business Development
- Execute initiatives to grow Cash, Equity Derivatives (F&O;), and Commodities business.
- Drive trading participation during expiry and non-expiry cycles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business initiatives.

Marketing & Channel Development
- Develop partnerships with sub-brokers, remisiers, influencers, trader communities, and referral partners.
- Organise investor meets, trader engagement programs, seminars, and regional marketing campaigns.
- Increase brand visibility and franchise penetration.

Performance Tracking
- Monitor market share, trading volumes, and client acquisition metrics.
