Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Export Manager with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in export documentation and customs clearance processes. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant shipments.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the export process, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment coordination.
- Prepare and review export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions,



to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to arrange transportation and expedite customs clearance for outgoing shipments.
- Communicate with internal departments, such as sales, logistics, and production, to ensure timely fulfillment of export orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
- Stay informed about export regulations, trade compliance requirements, and international shipping practices to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
