About the Role
As an EHS Lead, this individual will lead the lead the environmental, health, and safety organization on site through the development, implementation,
and maintenance of effective management systems.
Provide technical advice and assistance to Site Engineering and EHS Lead, Site Leadership Team, managers, and staff to enable EHS performance to be managed effectively, contributing towards achieving the Manufacturing site vision.
Encourage, promote, and monitor the highest levels of EHS performance in line with regulatory and corporate requirements. The EHS and Compliance primary goal is to protect all employees at the site by ensuring that risks to employees are minimized by implementing strategies and solutions to minimize exposure to harmful elements and conditions. In addition, the site follows all federal, state, and local regulations including all Haleon related EHS standards. These regulations apply to people safety, air, water, soil, waste, and sustainability requirements as they pertain to the site and associated properties.
