Description

Wire Business will be responsible for the overall Marketing and Sales of the Building Wire division. The role requires strong leadership in marketing, sales, business networking, commercial finance, and cross-functional coordination to drive wire business.

Leadership Skills
• Lead the overall marketing and sales for the building wire division
• Drive the market growth, business and revenue for the division
• Develop annual business plans, sales targets, and market penetration strategies
• Develop marketing and sales team for wire business

B2B Market Development
• Develop strong relationships with MEP Consultants, Builders, Developers, EPC contractors and institutional buyers




• Drive specification approvals with consultants and project stakeholders

Distribution & Channel Development
• Build and strengthen a network of distributors and implement effective distributor management practices including sales planning, stock management, and credit control

Marketing & Brand Development
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to establish robust brand visibility in the wire segment
• Plan product positioning, promotional campaigns, and market communication
• Participate in industry exhibitions, consultant meets, and trade events
• Monitor competitor strategies and market trends

Sales Strategy & Execution
• Define pricing strategies and margin structures
• Lead large commercial negotiations with key customers and distributors
• Track sales performance, demand trends, and market share growth
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
