Why we're hiring:
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Data Analyst to join our Global Centre of Excellence (COE) in Mumbai.
This role will play a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making across Global Procurement and Real Estate & Workplace Solutions (REWS).
The analyst will act as a data partner for both functions - owning dashboards, analytics, reporting frameworks, and data quality - while supporting global transformation initiatives, cost optimisation, portfolio performance, and digital enablement.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical capability, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate complex datasets into transparent, actionable insights for senior leadership.
What you'll be doing:
Data Strategy & Governance (Procurement & REWS)
- Support the execution of the global data and reporting strategy across Procurement and REWS.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple data sources (ERP, S2C tools, real estate systems, finance data).
- Define and maintain data validation processes for spend, contracts, savings, projects, portfolio, and transformation metric
