About this Role





We are seeking an experienced Oracle BRM Billing Operations qualified to provide Level 2 operational support for Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) services. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, availability and performance of critical billing operations, including rating, charging, billing cycles, invoicing, payments, collections and revenue assurance activities. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, improve operational processes, enhance automation capabilities and support reliable service delivery across billing platforms.

What you will do
- Provide Level 2 operational support for Oracle BRM billing services, ensuring service availability and operational stability.
- Act as a technical escalation point for billing, charging, invoicing, payment, adjustment, collection and dunning-related issues.
