The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Global Market and Innovation Specialist, Global Procurement, you will support the Polymers and broader Direct Materials team by delivering data-driven commercial insights, supplier and market intelligence, and category analytics that enable stronger business decisions. You will help shape category strategies,
identify savings opportunities, support innovation and new product introduction, and strengthen procurement performance across a complex global environment based in the Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India, you will operate as an Individual contributor.
This role is well suited for an experienced procurement and analytics professional who combines strong commercial acumen, digital fluency, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
Here, you will make an impact by:
· Coordinate and organize various short-term Procurement initiatives / needs raised by the corporation.
· Support actions within specific procurement categories to accelerate execution of strategies to realize value.
· Own action plans to assist category teams advance strategic initiatives like VAVE, procurement optimization in NPI, and Supplier Innovation.
