You will support regional campaigns across major platforms including TikTok, Meta, Twitter, and Reddit.
The role provides practical experience in campaign setup, monitoring, performance tracking, reporting, and creative testing.

You will also collaborate with creative and campaign teams, document processes, and identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.

Accountabilities:




- Support the regional Paid Ads team in managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Twitter, and Reddit.
- Assist with campaign setup, monitoring, daily performance tracking, and basic optimization activities.
- Gather, organize, and maintain campaign data to support reporting and performance analysis.
- Learn and apply paid social advertising best practices through hands-on experience and mentorship.
- Document campaign workflows, processes, learnings, and best practices to support team knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with creative and campaign teams to coordinate timely delivery of advertising assets.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
- Assist with ad copy development and creative testing initiatives.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Paid Ads team as needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, workflows, and team efficiency.
