Position Overview

The Market Segment Manager will be responsible for driving growth and profitability across designated market segments for Würth Industry India’s product portfolio. This role demands a deep understanding of the targeted customer segments and emphasizes developing segment-specific strategies, enhancing customer penetration, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives

The ideal candidate will possess robust commercial acumen,



a solid technical understanding of Würth’s products and solutions, deep customer insight within targeted segments, and exceptional relationship management skills—enabling Würth to uphold its mission as a trusted partner in industrial supply solutions

Key Responsibilities
- Identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within assigned Indian industrial sectors (Ship building, Steel Industry, Aerospace, Packaging, Railways, Electric Vehicles, Engineering Hardware).
- Identify and pursue new customer accounts in identified high potential market segments (Ship building, Steel Industry, Aerospace, Packaging, Railways, Electric Vehicles, Engineering Hardware).
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in the identified segments
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, procurement heads, and maintenance managers.
