This is a senior technical role focused on designing, developing, and enhancing enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
You will work across HRSD, Service Portal, ITSM, integrations, workflows, and related platform capabilities to deliver scalable solutions for complex customer environments.
The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, mentoring, and solution design.
You will translate functional and technical requirements into robust configurations, customizations, integrations, and platform experiences.
The position involves collaborating with end users, IT teams, technical SMEs, and project stakeholders throughout implementation and delivery.
You will also contribute to testing, production support, documentation, platform governance, and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities

Lead, coach, and mentor Software Engineers delivering ServiceNow development and professional-services projects.

Gather and analyze requirements from end users, IT teams, technical SMEs, and business stakeholders across ITSM, HRSD, and Service Portal.

Design, configure, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications based on functional and technical requirements and established engineering standards.

Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with external applications using REST and SOAP web services, MID Servers, cloud-to-cloud integrations, and bi-directional automated interfaces.

Configure application UI, workflows, work orders, transfer orders, inventory capabilities, technician locations, and related platform functionality as required.
