As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the early customer journey—guiding clients from implementation through adoption and ensuring they realize value quickly. - Deliver engaging product onboarding sessions and training to help customers quickly adopt and maximize value
- Configure customer environments and guide clients through setup and best-practice implementation
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders including administrators, business leaders, and senior client contacts
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Support, and Sales teams to resolve challenges and improve customer outcomes
