This is what two of our new female colleagues from our production team says about their first time at Saab India:
"My onboarding experience has been very positive. From day one, I have felt welcomed, supported, and included. The work environment is protected, respectful, and built on equal opportunities for everyone, regardless of gender or background.
As a woman, I feel genuinely valued and fully integrated into the team. There is a strong culture of inclusion, where everyone is treated with respect and given the opportunity to contribute and grow. I already feel that I can develop my career here while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

What stands out most is the company's understanding that both qualified ambitions and family life matter. Having the space to succeed at work while also prioritizing personal commitments gives me energy and motivation every day. I am proud to be part of such a supportive and inclusive workplace.
- Would you recommend more females to apply for a position here?

"Yes, absolutely. This is a healthy and inclusive workplace with equal opportunities for everyone. The culture is transparent, supportive, and built on trust, creating an environment where people can grow, contribute, and feel valued regardless of their background or gender."
