Role Overview:
As a Revenue Enablement Specialist, you will support the Regional Enablement Leads in delivering scalable, engaging, and measurable enablement programs across the revenue organization.
This role sits at the intersection of program coordination, content management, instructional design, platform administration, communications, and analytics. You will partner closely with Regional Enablement Leads, Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, Revenue Operations,
and Subject Matter Experts to ensure teams have the right learning, content, tools, and resources at the right time.
You will help keep enablement programs running smoothly, maintain an organized and effective content ecosystem, manage virtual enablement experiences, pull and analyze reporting, and identify opportunities to continuously improve the seller and learner experience
About Role
1. Regional Enablement & Program Support
- Partner closely with Regional Enablement Leads to support the planning, coordination, and execution of regional and global enablement priorities.
- Support programs including onboarding, certifications, sales plays, workshops, webinars, continuous learning, and sales meetings.
- Maintain program calendars, project plans, timelines, action trackers, and key deliverables.
