Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (e.g., online research, cold calling, social media).
- Building Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at prospect and customer companies.
- Understanding Customer Needs: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer challenges and identify how your solution can add value.
- Product Demos and Presentations: Deliver compelling and effective product demonstrations, highlighting features, perks, and use cases that resonate with customer needs.
- Negotiating and Closing Deals: Develop and present competitive proposals,



negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close deals to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Customer Onboarding: Guide and support new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing their experience.
- Building Long-Term Relationships: Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track sales metrics, analyze customer data, and report on activity and performance to contribute to the overall sales strategy.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
