Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Associate Telecaller to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telecalling, lead generation, and customer engagement, preferably within the Real Estate industry, specifically in plots, land sales, or second homes.

The role involves engaging with prospective customers, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings for the sales team,



and contributing to business growth through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generated leads.
- Follow up on inquiries received through marketing campaigns and other lead generation channels.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain regular communication with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Deliver a skilled and positive customer experience throughout the engagement process.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up.
- Achieve monthly calling, lead conversion, and appointment-setting targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead status and call performance.
