About this Role





We are seeking an experienced investigations professional to lead complex internal investigations across a multi-country setting. Based in Bangalore, this individual contributor role sits within Corporate Security and is responsible for managing investigations from initial assessment through to reporting and follow-up, including Speak Up and data loss prevention matters. The role requires sound judgement, independence and discretion when handling sensitive allegations, evidence and stakeholder relationships. Exposure to European local laws and investigation practices would be an advantage

You will also help maintain VOIS investigation governance, align local practices with Group policy and support the continued development of the Investigations function. The work has a potentially significant impact on organisational trust, brand and reputation
