About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst with 4–6 years of experience in a B2C/D2C product startup or a similar high-growth environment.
In this role, you will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to understand user behaviour, identify product opportunities, measure product performance, and turn data into actionable recommendations.
You will go beyond reporting:



using data to understand what is happening, why it is happening, and what we should do next.

What You’ll Do
- Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Analyse key product metrics including activation, retention, conversion, churn, engagement, and funnel performance.
- Study user journeys, behaviour, cohorts, and segments to identify opportunities to improve the product experience.
- Plan, analyse, and evaluate A/B tests and product experiments and translate results into product decisions.
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to define problems, measure impact, and drive data-backed decisions.
- Define, track, and optimise KPIs across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and overall product performance.
- Identify business and product opportunities through data and provide clear, actionable recommend
