- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have in depth understanding of the L1, L2, L3 support environment.
- In depth understanding of the PTC Integrity LM as a product and solution for customer's business.
- Experience with installing, implementing, and configuring PTC Integrity LM.
- Collaborate closely with business team in defining the application gaps and workarounds.
- Experience in Integrity Administration and Configuration.
- Experience in Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML and other web technologies.
Good-to-have skill
Valuable understanding of Agile methodologies
SQL or Oracle 11g
Roles & Responsibilities
· Gathering, qualifying and documenting business needs.
· Defining and documenting use cases.
· Defining software architecture
· Providing level 3 support.
· Troubleshoot production issues.
· Program and test in Java
· Working in an Agile Team
· Also, knowledge about requirement and test management with Windchill RV&S;
· Root cause analysis.
