Roles and responsibilities

1. Recruiting: Manage and own recruiting end to end at TalentPad
- Brainstorm with founding team on quarterly and monthly recruiting needs
- Create JDs for all open positions
- Manage job posting across online recruitment portals, social media
- Identify top-talent across different open positions, sell the company vision to them and get them to apply
- Setup interviews, conduct screening interviews as required
- Follow-up post interview for closures, offer communication and acceptance
- On-boarding of hired employees

2. Payroll: Setup and manage the payroll systems

3. Appraisals: Setup a process for employee appraisals

4. Culture: Create weekly and monthly pulse checks, help the founding team build the right culture

5. Team Building: To build and hire your team to manage the HR function
