We’re now expanding this ecosystem further by strengthening our industry and founder networks. To do this, we’re hiring an Associate – B2B Community & Events to execute outreach, community engagement, and high-quality event operations across our growing ecosystem.

About the Role

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of relationship building, event operations, and community strategy.

You'll be responsible for building NST's network of Engineering Leaders, HR Leaders and CXOs — getting them to our events, panels, and programs, and then sustaining those relationships so they deepen over time.

You'll own the full arc: identifying who matters, reaching them cold,



converting them to attendees or speakers, and managing the relationship long after the event ends.

Your goal: make NST’s industry ecosystem the go-to platform for meaningful connections in tech and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Senior Stakeholder Outreach & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain a pool of senior industry stakeholders — engineering leaders, CXOs, HR heads — relevant to NST's hiring and ecosystem goals
- Own outreach end to end: identify the right people, craft the right message, follow through and get the right mix of speakers and attendees
- Manage post-event relationships with discipline — structured follow-ups, relevant touchpoints, long-term engagement that doesn't go cold
- Be the primary point of contact for senior external stakeholders across the NST ecosystem
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build and nurture NST’s external community - for engineer
