Role Overview

We're currently seeking talented Software Process Engineer to be part of Process Engineering Group in our Smart Technology Center in Trivandrum. You will be part of PEG, responsible for defining, implementing,



and improving software engineering processes within the organization. You will work closely with development teams to ensure that processes are adhered to and are continuously improved for efficiency and quality.

What We Are Looking for:

- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve software engineering processes, procedures, templates, and related documentation.
- Tailor organizational processes and standards to meet project / Domain / Customer-specific requirements while ensuring compliance with applicable quality and regulatory standards.
- Guide and mentor project teams on process implementation, compliance requirements, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Promote organizational learning by capturing lessons learned, best practices, and project experiences, and incorporating them into process improvements.
- Support Project Managers and delivery teams in project planning activities,
