As a Senior Associate, People Technology Services, you implement and manage Human Resources (HR) technology platforms, optimize digital HR processes, and ensure data integrity and security. You troubleshoot technical issues, train teams on current digital solutions, and support the seamless integration of HR systems across the organization. Your mission is to improve the efficiency and user experience of HR technology, enabling the organization to leverage digital tools for enhanced people management and strategic decision-making. Your work directly influences the effectiveness of HR operations, the employee experience, and the organization’s ability to derive insights from workforce data. You serve as an individual contributor within the People Technology Services function, focused on executing operational and functional strategies. You spend the majority of your time delivering and implementing HR technology solutions, applying professional judgment and specialized knowledge.
