Your Impact
As a Leader of the Cisco Product GTM Strategy & Execution team, you will shape the future of our Licensing data ecosystem by owning the end-to-end lifecycle of our contemporary data platform. Through technical leadership and multi-functional collaboration, you will drive our data strategy, empower data-driven decisions, and accelerate go-to-market success.
Key Responsibilities




- Build and implement data engineering strategy, aligning platform architecture with business goals.
- Define enterprise standards for data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, quality, and modeling (including dimensional and Data Vault).
- Nurture a collaborative, high-performing team by mentoring engineers and championing a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence.
- Deliver trusted, reusable data products to support advanced analytics and AI/ML use cases.

Minimum Qualifications
We are looking for an Engineering Leader with 12+ years in software/data engineering, including 3+ years leading data engineering teams.
- Proven experience designing and building enterprise-scale data platforms with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Strong expertise in cloud-based data platforms, including Snowflake, AWS, and/or GCP.
