Job Description: SAP CO Lead Consultant (L3) – CO Specialist
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead Consultant (L3) with a strong specialization in SAP Controlling (CO) for a 2-year, full time implementation project. The ideal candidate will possess deep corporate finance domain knowledge alongside advanced, hands-on enterprise configuration experience in SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting (CO) and Finance modules.

Educational & Professional Qualifications
• Minimum Education: Post Graduate degree (MBA Finance).
• Preferred Education: CA / ICWA (CMA) candidates are highly preferred due to the heavy costing requirements.
• Certification: SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting (CO) certification is preferred.
Key Requirements & Experience
• Core Experience: 7 to 9 years of dedicated configuration experience in SAP CO.
• S/4HANA Lifecycle:



Minimum of 2 full-lifecycle S/4HANA greenfield/brownfield implementations and 2 complex support projects.
• Niche Integration: Proven experience in Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
• Value Adds: Hands-on exposure to FSCM and Funds Management (FM) is a strong advantage.
• Domain Expertise: Strong background in Management Accounting, Inventory Valuation, and Cost Accounting.
• Leadership: Minimum 2 years in a Team Lead role, with executive presence to interface directly with client CFOs and Top Management.
Technical Skills & Submodules
