We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager who can develop new markets, build strong relationships with jewellers,



and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing current business opportunities, building relationships with retail jewellers and jewellery businesses, conducting product demonstrations, managing the complete sales cycle, and achieving assigned sales and revenue targets.

The role requires a strong combination of B2B sales, business development, consultative selling, relationship management, and territory development.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and approach retail jewellers, jewellery chains, and jewellery businesses in the assigned market.
- Generate new leads through field visits, references, exhibitions, networking, calling, and digital channels.
- Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline.
