About the Role
As an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG), India, you will support the day-to-day management and growth of the FIG franchise through business analytics, management reporting, portfolio management, client intelligence, KYC coordination, and business governance activities. The role works closely with FIG bankers, product partners, risk, compliance, operations, and regional stakeholders to ensure effective business management and high-quality client support.
This role provides an excellent foundation for building a career in Institutional Banking by offering exposure to financial institution clients, portfolio management, business strategy, governance processes, and the wider FIG business.

What will your day look like?
As an Analyst, you will have the opportunity to:
- Prepare and maintain regular management information reports, dashboards, and business performance packs.
- Monitor business metrics including revenues, pipelines, client activity, wallet opportunities, and portfolio trends.
- Track and update pipeline reports, deal trackers, and business development initiatives.
- Compile and analyse business data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
