Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, develop, grow profitable key Accounts
- Stake Holder Management: Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the company objective
- Will be responsible for closing Rate contracts with key customers
- Marketing: Lead marketing initiative such as technical seminar and exhibitions
- Support and focus on all Donaldson market initiatives, both existing and current
- Developing growth pipeline for strategic accounts and tracking the same via CRM
- Collect and collate market information on competition
- Preparing strategies to enter new markets/ geographies

Education Qualification:
- BE Mechanical from reputed institute




- MBA in marketing will be preferrable

Technical Competence & Skills:
- Strong hold on value selling concept
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to successfully negotiate with customers at all management levels
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in direct sales
- Strong sales aptitude with excellent communication and organization skills
- Strong mechanical/technical aptitude, and the ability to learn new technologies through product-driven training programs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) & CRM

Relevant Experience:
- For BE : 6-8 years experience in Infrastructure or Mining Sector
