We are currently looking for a Head of FIT Operations – GCC to lead and scale the Fund Integration Team (“FIT”)



across the locations in India that support the global business of Apex Group Ltd. This is a leadership role reporting locally to the GCC Head of Client Onboarding and KYC but with a dotted reporting line to the Global Heads of FIT.

Job Specification:
- Lead the FIT team across the Indian locations, ensuring consistent delivery, strong processes and controls that drive the Group operating model.
- Scale the team through growth and alignment hires to fully transition FIT to the future state target operating model.
- Provide local oversight of all FIT team members in India.
- Adaptable to travel between the locations in India on a periodic basis.
- Drive the consolidation of the team to three primary locations in India.
- Work the global heads of FIT to plan resourcing and capacity for pipeline.
- Oversee all FIT hiring in India, ensure a smooth partnership with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Maintain a close collegial relationship
