We are looking for an experienced PM – Compliance to lead compliance-focused product initiatives across enterprise software and Point-of-Sale (POS) platforms. The role requires a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements, combined with the ability to translate complex business and regulatory needs into scalable product solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving compliance initiatives across the product lifecycle, partnering with engineering, product, legal, risk, security, and business teams to ensure that enterprise software and POS solutions meet applicable regulatory, operational, and internal compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the compliance product roadmap for enterprise software and POS solutions.
- Identify, analyse, and translate regulatory and compliance requirements into actionable product initiatives.




- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Security, Engineering, Product, Operations, and business stakeholders to define requirements.
- Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Assess the impact of current or changing regulations on existing products, workflows, systems, and POS capabilities.
- Define compliance controls and product capabilities required to support regulatory and internal governance requirements.
- Prioritise compliance initiatives based on regulatory urgency, business impact, risk, dependencies, and technical feasibility.
- Work with engineering teams to design and implement compliance capabilities across enterprise software platforms.
- Ensure POS and transaction-related workflows incorporate appropriate compliance, security, audit, and control requirements.
