Job Description

Position : CRM Developer

JOB Role:

The role of CRM Software Developer will be to work on our core operations platform which utilizes CRM Software and GP. Tasks include design, code, test, and analysis. This includes researching, designing, documenting,



and modifying software specifications throughout the production lifecycle, working with Microsoft technologies (TFS, .NET, SQL Server, C#, Visual Studio, etc.). The software developer will also analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion and provide status reports where required.

Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities:

· Participate in the full software development lifecycle to include requirements analysis, design, coding, debugging, verification and validation, and maintenance of enterprise application
· Analyze and document software requirements, clarifications, use cases, design specifications, and create and implement software code and test plans
· Work as implementing and delivering software according to customer requirements and specifications
· Effectively communicate task progress, problems/risks, and design ideas and product owner and provide technical leadership
